The number of sessions you will need to accomplish the goals you seek will depend on the issue you desire to change. Sometimes, it may only take one to two sessions. If we uncover a deeper problem, then you may need additional sessions. It’s not uncommon for people to have their initial presenting issue rectified to come back on a regular basis for a ‘tune up.’

NOTE: WHEN BOOKING MULTIPLE SESSIONS, YOU WILL BOOK EACH SESSION INDIVIDUALLY AT THE DISCOUNTED RATE. AFTER BOOKING EACH SESSION YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO BOOK ANOTHER SESSION. SIMPLY CONTINUE REPEATING THIS PROCESS FOR THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SESSIONS YOU WISH TO SCHEDULE.

Normally standard for issues like most fears or phobias (unless they have been long standing issues, which would mean we’d have to dig deeper to find the root cause), exam anxiety, grief, study habits, habit change, guilt, shame, communication enhancement, self-esteem building, creativity, restlessness, writers block, worry, self-image enhancement, problem solving enhancement, stage fright, relationships, sports and confidence building, depression and anxiety (as long as neither show signs of medical or psychological ideation).
$145 per session
Typical for some deeper seated issues like abandonment, chronic pain, occasionally for smoking cessation IF the client is truly committed to quitting, sleeping disorders, depression and anxiety (if client is currently working with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist), stuttering, substance abuse, alcohol abuse trauma, curbing cravings, victimization, agoraphobia, panic attacks.
$130 per session
Usually needed for those who want to lose weight, smoking cessation, (especially for long term smokers), PTSD, ADD, those who have undergone past life regression and need to work through past life issues to present day. Many clients choose this package for any and all issues we work through with them because life does throw us curve balls that have to be dealt with. They like the option of having our preset availability to help them through those challenges. This package can be used to book twelve, one hour sessions for twelve consecutive weeks or work through six consecutive sessions then spread the remaining six throughout the current year.
